Lawn Service

• Weekly service provided on/around a set day of the week (rain, drought, etc. may alter day).

• Bi-weekly services available in rare circumstances.

• Begins in late March/early April and provided until grass is no longer growing or leaves cover the property (Oct/Nov).

• Please clear lawn of all pet waste, toys, leashes, water hoses, and have trampoline situated a day prior to visit.

• All gates accessible on day of service. Be mindful of vehicles, have gates unlocked, no obstacles in mower paths.

• Weekly minimum is $35/cut, $37.10 including sales tax.

• Rate will be determined prior to first mow, subject to change if complexity of lawn increases throughout year.

Spring/Fall cleanups

• Provided when leaves are the main focus of service.

• May be indicated before weekly service begins in Spring, will notify prior to rendering.

• Leaves will be agitated from beds, hard surfaces, and lawn via blower. 

• Leaves will be blown to wooded areas (if available) and/or mulched with mower to dust.

• These services are provided weekly to bi-weekly throughout the Fall.

• It is assumed Fall leaf cleanup is wanted with service agreement, notify provider to opt out.

• Prices vary with severity of leaf density/moisture, expect leaf cleanups to cost 2-4 times a normal cut.

• Rate for service is $1.45/minute for one man clean up, $2.50/minute for two man clean up. Exact time will be provided with bill.

• New customer lawns requiring sidewalk edging, overgrown lawns, or one-time services will fit into this category.
