Employment

Daily tasks

  • Operating commercial mowers, weed eaters, blowers.

  • Landscaping including mulching, hedge trimming, and clean ups.

  • Driving a truck with a trailer.

  • Equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Must be drug free with clean criminal history.

  • Able to lift up to 100 lbs.

  • Must be able to tolerate 90+ degree heat and cold.

  • Experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right person.

Expectations

  • Show up daily on time and work efficiently.

  • Must wear well fitting work pants with shirt tucked in, work boots.

  • Must be well mannered and polite.

Blakely Lawn and Landscaping LLC is in search of a full-time employee to supplement the team for increased production. Our future vision for the company will be running a mowing route three days, and landscaping jobs the remaining days of the week. Pay is negotiable, but expected to be very generous compared to the market. Daily lunch stipend included. A weekly bonus is available for perfect attendance each week (cash or a gas tank top off). Experience is preferred, but willing to train the right fit. Our ultimate vision is to grow the company, with the possibility of this position eventually becoming a leadership position. We are looking for some one motivated to work hard who takes pride in a job well done. Earning potential is unlimited, and when the company wins, you will win as well.
